This is a 64-min. mixtape of ~3 dozen Analog Tara excerpts and outtakes since 1998. A self-taught instrumentalist, Tara Rodgers (Analog Tara) grew up immersed in jazz records, performed solo jazz piano for several years in New York City, and learned to program analog synth playing keyboards in a ‘70s funk cover band. She has produced house, techno, and slow grooves since the late-‘90s, sampling and sequencing her performances on piano, Hammond organ, Fender Rhodes, synths, drum machines, electric guitar + bass.
